Going by car?

Yacht Club Beach is a small local beach located 2.9 miles from the 7 Hawks home .

Ft. Myers Beach is located 11 miles away.

Sanibel Beach is located 18 miles away.

Going by boat?  

This obviously depends on your boat and boating experience but we are located on a Gulf Access canal and just 7 minutes from open water.  

Check in time is 4:00 PM

Check out time is 10:00 AM

While we cannot guarantee an early check in or a late check out, we are happy to allow that when it is available.  This is determined by availability and we will not know if this is available until 48 hours prior to check in.

We allow a full refund minus a fee of 3% to cover credit card processing fees if canceled 30 days prior to check in.  After 30 days there is no refund.  

7 Palms Suite: The primary bedroom has a king sized sleep number bed and a private bathroom.

Sunrise Suite: The second bedroom has an adult rated queen over queen bed and a small pull out sofa that would be appropriate for a child.

Surf Suite: The third bedroom also has an adult rated queen over queen bed.

The Sunrise Suite and Surf Suite share a full bathroom.

The living room has a sleeper sofa.

Yes, we have a private dock with a lift rated for 10,000 lbs.  

Yes, the beautifully recently renovated Jaycee Park is only 1.3 miles away.  We regularly walk there!
