We are the 7 Hawks!
How 7 Hawks Got Its Name
We're a husband-and-wife team with five kids. Somewhere along the way, earned us the nickname "7 Hawks." It stuck, and when it came time to name our business, there was really no other choice.
These days, our flock has grown. Two amazing daughters-in-law and two grandsons have joined the nest, so "7 Hawks" doesn't quite capture our numbers anymore but the name, and the spirit behind it, are here to stay.
Our Home in Cape Coral
Years ago, we found a house in Cape Coral, Florida, and it quickly became the place where our family makes its best memories. We named it 7 Palms. Sunny afternoons, lazy evenings, holidays, birthdays, and ordinary days turned into favorite memories. This house has seen it all.
We loved it so much that we wanted other families to experience the same thing: a comfortable home base for soaking up everything Cape Coral has to offer, from boating and beaches to sunsets that never get old.
Why We Started Renting
7 Hawks isn't a big hotel chain or a faceless rental company. We're a real family who happens to own a house we adore, and we want to share it. When you stay with us, you're not just booking a property. You're stepping into a home that's been filled with laughter, family dinners, and good memories, and we hope you'll add some of your own.

The Original 7 Palms Home
Welcome to the original 7 Palms Home! This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, is where we fell in love with Cape Coral, FL. It comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests in the heart of Cape Coral. Tucked along a peaceful canal, this property is a boater's and sun-lover's dream. Take a dip in the sparkling pool or unwind in the spa, all under the cover of your screened-in lanai. Gather for meals at the outdoor dining area, or head out on the water from your own private dock with boat lift. Whether you're here for a family reunion, a couples' escape, or a trip with friends, this home offers the space, comfort, and Florida charm to make your Cape Coral stay unforgettable.
